Across cities everywhere, people are hungry for real connection,

faith-filled community, and meaningful impact—but most gatherings stay surface-level or transactional.

We believe the answer isn’t more events.
It’s intentional leadership.

That’s why we are appointing one Chapter Director per city—someone who will steward culture,

raise standards, and create a consistent rhythm of connection, belonging, and service.

Our leaders don’t just create gatherings — they create environments where influence, collaboration, and transformation happen with intentionality and continuity.

What It Means to Be a Chapter Director

As a Chapter Director, you are the face, host, and steward of KNSC in your city.

You don’t just organize events—you lead and impact a community.

  • Curate and facilitate connection events where collaboration becomes opportunity

  • Initiate and champion local impact projects that produce measurable difference

  • Shape and protect a chapter culture rooted in faith, leadership, and service

  • Serve as the recognized connector and point person for your city’s community

Qualified Chapter Directors may also receive:

A monthly leadership stipend

An annual honorarium

Invitations to leadership summits and Director gatherings

These are acknowledgments of responsibility—not the reason for the role.

While there may be multiple chapters in any city, we will be prayerful about who leads them.

An application fee is required and ensures this process is approached with seriousness and respect for the leadership seat being offered.
