KA SOCIAL CLUB – CHAPTER DIRECTOR AGREEMENT

Effective Upon Submission of Application

This Chapter Director Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kingdom Alliance (“KA,” “we,” or “our”) and the applicant (“Director,” “you,” or “your”). By submitting your application and paying the required fee, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of the Role

A Chapter Director is responsible for hosting, organizing, and stewarding a local KA Social Club (“KASC”) chapter. Directors create a welcoming, safe, and uplifting environment for members to build friendship, faith, fun, and community.

2. Application Fee

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

A $197 non-refundable Director Application Fee is required at the time of application.
This fee confirms your seriousness, commitment, and willingness to follow the KASC framework.
The fee covers:
- Training & training materials materials
- Leadership resources
- Administrative setup
- Chapter launch structure & support

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, or failure to meet chapter requirements.

3. Chapter Launch Requirements

To become an official KASC Chapter:

You must reach 15 active, paying members in your chapter.
Once you reach 15 members, you will receive a $100 Director Growth Bonus.
You will have 90 days from your application date to reach the 15-member threshold.

If you do not reach 15 members in 90 days, your chapter may be:

Delayed,
Placed on hold, or
Reassigned at KA’s discretion.

4. Director Responsibilities

As a Chapter Director, you agree to:

Host two gatherings per month (one meeting + one social event)
Uphold the culture and values of Kingdom Alliance
Ensure safety, respect, inclusion, and kindness
Appoint a Social Ambassador
Communicate consistently with KA leadership
Follow the meeting structure and chapter guidelines provided

5. Term & Commitment

This Agreement begins upon application submission.
Directors commit to a minimum of 12 months of leadership.
If you choose to step down, a 60-day written notice is required.
KA may remove a Director for violation of guidelines or if chapter integrity is at risk.

6. No Employment Relationship

Directors are not employees of Kingdom Alliance.
This is a volunteer leadership role.

Directors may receive:

A $100 growth bonus after reaching 25 members
Potential annual Director bonuses
These are not wages and do not create an employment agreement.

7. Conduct & Culture Standards

You agree to uphold the culture, honor, and integrity of KA by:

Creating a safe, uplifting environment
Not discriminating, bullying, or causing division
Handling disagreements respectfully
Reporting concerns promptly
Leading with kindness, maturity, and alignment with KA values

KA reserves the right to remove a Director if conduct compromises the chapter or brand.

8. Termination

KA may terminate this Agreement if:

Guidelines are ignored
Safety concerns arise
Meetings are not consistently hosted
Misconduct occurs
The Director fails to uphold community standards

This agreement can be ended by either party with appropriate notice.

9. Agreement & Signature

By submitting the Director Application Form, checking the agreement box, and paying the $197 non-refundable fee, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agree to all terms
You accept the responsibilities of being a Chapter Director
You agree to the non-refundable nature of the fee
You certify that the information provided is accurate

Your submission constitutes your electronic signature on this Agreement.

Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted for a Director Interview and notified about territory availability.
